RETAINER FEE – £950 (deductible from property purchase success fee)

SUCCESS PURCHASE FEE –

1.5% of the final purchase price or 15% of the saving we achieve off the quoted asking price of the property purchased, whichever is greater.
The success fee is payable upon completion of your purchase
We charge a minimum fee of £5000.
All fees payable to Hunter Relocation attract VAT at a rate of 20% for home purchase
