The Process of Finding a Rental

3. Before the employee departs for the UK, they will have a thorough phone conversation with a Hunter Relocation Consultant about the relocation procedures.
4. A Hunter Relocation authorized consultant will tour all of the properties that are available on the designated viewing day, often ten to twelve properties,
depending on budget and availability. Government regulations for Covid-19 and our current knowledge of the hazards apply to your viewings.
5. When you’ve selected a property and decide to move through with securing it, Hunter will speak with the agent or landlord directly to discuss the details of the lease and the monthly rent.
6. Hunter will then make a verbal and written offer on your behalf toorder to secure the property and lower the likelihood of miscommunication between you and the landlord and their representatives.
7. When applying for a rental, negotiating a lease, setting up utilities, organizing local taxes, and deciphering your rental agreement, our committed Hunter Relocation administration staff will be there to help you every step of the way.
